These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of qopir (“we,” “us,” “the Service”), operated by DEVPIER (PRIVATE) LIMITED. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What the Service is

qopir is a free service that connects US adults with paid surveys from third-party survey partners. After you sign up, a member of our team may chat with you, including on WhatsApp, to ask a few questions. We then send you surveys or links to partner survey sites that may fit you. We do not host or run surveys, and we do not pay survey rewards. Our survey partners do.

This is not a job

Taking surveys is not employment. qopir is not an employer, and nothing on the Service is an offer of employment.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States. You agree to give accurate information about yourself.

Survey partners

Surveys are offered and run by third-party survey partners, each with its own terms, privacy policy, eligibility rules and reward rules. Partners decide whether you qualify for a survey and what it pays, and they may change or end their offers at any time. We do not control partner sites and are not responsible for their content, surveys, rewards or payouts.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will receive surveys, qualify for any survey, or earn any particular amount. Rewards vary by survey and partner, and most surveys pay small amounts. Example surveys on our site are for illustration only.

Cost

The Service is free. We will never charge you, and we will never ask for your payment details, bank account, card number or Social Security number.

Messages from us

By signing up, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, text message and WhatsApp about paid surveys. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP or by emailing contact@qopir.com.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to give false information, sign up on behalf of someone else, use automated tools, or try to cheat or abuse the Service or any partner site. Partners may close accounts that break their rules.

How we are paid

We may earn a commission from survey partners when you join their sites or take their surveys. This never costs you anything. See our Disclosure page for details.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEVPIER (PRIVATE) LIMITED is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss related to your use of partner sites, surveys or rewards.

Changes

We may change, pause or end the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
