qopir (“we,” “us,” “the Service”) is operated by DEVPIER (PRIVATE) LIMITED. qopir is a free service that connects US adults with paid surveys from third-party survey partners. You can reach us at contact@qopir.com.

What we collect

• Information you give us when you sign up: your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, state, and how much time you have for surveys.
• Information you share when you chat with us, including on WhatsApp: your messages and your answers to our questions, such as your age range, the device you use and your availability.
• Technical information collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, general location, and information from cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To contact you by email, phone, text or WhatsApp about paid surveys
• To ask a few questions so we can send you surveys you're likely to qualify for
• To send you surveys and links to our partner survey sites
• To operate, maintain and improve the Service, and to measure how our ads perform
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud

Who we share it with

• Survey partners: we may share your details with the survey partners we connect you with, so they can offer you surveys.
• Service providers that help us run the Service, such as website hosting, email delivery and messaging.
• WhatsApp: if you chat with us on WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp (operated by Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

Some survey partners pay us a commission when you join their sites or take their surveys. Under some state privacy laws, such as California's, this may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out at any time, as explained below.

Cookies and ads

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure how people arrive from our ads, including through Google's advertising tools. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email from us.
• Text and WhatsApp: reply STOP at any time and we will stop messaging you.
• Access, correction and deletion: email contact@qopir.com to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected or deleted.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, use the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link on our site, or email contact@qopir.com with the subject “Do Not Sell.”

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide the Service or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure. Our team and service providers may process your information outside the United States.

Children

The Service is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Survey partner sites

Survey partner sites have their own terms and privacy policies. Once you join a partner site, that site's policies apply to the information you give it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
